Privacy notice

Paris is an adults-only service. Questions about your information can be sent to info@instanthpi.ai.

Work saved on your device

Choosing photos alone keeps them on your device. Tagging, rating, drawing on or submitting a photo queues the photo and review for anonymous publication. Photos, reviews, circles, checkmarks, Smartsets and progress may be kept in browser storage. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to access locally stored work.

Private account saves

When you sign in, supported review information and progress automatically merge with and save to your private account. This includes ratings, checkmarks, circles, Smartsets and supported collection references, but not your original image files. Signing out stops account saving; it does not delete existing account records.

Sign-in uses Google and Amazon Cognito. Paris uses an account identifier to keep account saves and signed-in monthly voting separate. Your sign-in identity is not displayed as a public reviewer profile. These private saves are processed by Paris and its hosting services; they are not end-to-end encrypted.

Public reviews and sharing

New review edits queue the photo, checkmarks, ratings and circles for automatic posting when image hosting is available. Offline edits remain queued until connected, and uploads may need an original file or available hosting. Earlier private reviews are not published merely by signing in or opening history; choosing Post earlier reviews queues them for publication. Reviews, reactions, comments and source details entered on shared photo pages are public contributions. The Submit page also saves review information publicly as you edit, even before you share an image link.

Public contributions use anonymous per-photo receipts stored in your browser. Monthly voting may use a private account or an anonymous receipt. Public totals and contributions do not display those receipt credentials or your account identifier. Anonymous display does not mean your network activity is untraceable.

Shared galleries, photos, reviews and monthly competitions require Google sign-in and adult entry. Signing in permits viewing; it does not reveal who uploaded an image. Paris does not display an uploader account, public uploader profile or original filename. Paris hosted storage is planned at $7 USD per month and is not open for purchase yet. When enabled, it requires an active paid storage entitlement. New images are uploaded with identifying embedded metadata removed, subject to storage limits. The service keeps a private account identifier for upload limits. If you use your own hosting, Paris privately registers that address to verify and deliver a sanitized copy. Paris does not return that hosting address or its verification time to visitors. Existing shared images may also remain on Paris hosting.

Anonymous display is not a guarantee that content cannot be recognized or matched elsewhere. Faces, watermarks, text in an image, details you post voluntarily and copies already on other websites can reveal information. Files kept on your own public image host remain subject to that host's access and privacy settings; Paris cannot erase metadata or copies from an external host.

Cookies, external services and requests

Paris uses sign-in cookies and browser storage for account access, age confirmation, preferences and saved work. The age notice stores your confirmation, not an identity document or verified date of birth.

Public gallery images are delivered through Paris. Opening source links or other external content can still connect directly to third-party services. Paris, its infrastructure providers and those external services receive the network information needed to handle requests, such as an IP address and browser information. External services have their own privacy practices. Avoid publishing sensitive information or private access links.

Keeping and removing information

Device records remain until removed through available controls or browser storage settings. Account saves and public records do not currently have an automatic expiry. Clearing device storage does not remove account saves or public contributions, and losing a receipt can remove your ability to edit its contribution.

You can remove your own comments where the control is available. To request access, correction or deletion of other information, email info@instanthpi.ai with the relevant page or account context. Do not send passwords or identity documents. Removing a Paris reference cannot remove copies held by other people or external image hosts. Rights and legal exceptions depend on applicable law.
